Moving Forward in Weakness: 2 Corinthians

"For when I am weak, then I am strong." This statement is a paradox that is front and center in the Apostle Paul's 2nd Letter to the Corinthians. Weakness went against the grain of everything the culture valued. Power was premium. Because of this, the Corinthian church struggled to see Paul as someone worth following. Not only was Paul committed to a ministry that looked weak and unimpressive in the eyes of the culture (2 Cor. 4:2), but his life looked weak and unimpressive (2 Cor. 11:29). Yet, Paul's weakness was the way forward in displaying God's power. So it is with us today. In a world that is dazzled by celebrity and captivated by power, Christ's kingdom holds out to us a better way.
Join us during this four week series, as we learn together how weakness is the way forward if you want to see God’s power in your life.
