When we started as a church, we began our first sermon series in the Gospel of Mark. From chapters 8-16 we considered that the way of discipleship for the Christian is the way of the cross. Those were important weeks in the life of our church. We started out with the sober call from Jesus to take up our cross (together) and follow Him. We now return to Mark’s gospel to consider “The Way of the Kingdom” as we look at chapters 1-8. In these sermons we’ll consider what Jesus’ kingdom is, how it grows, and what it requires from us. All while remembering that Jesus’ work on the cross is at the center.
Join us for this new, exciting series as we look up close at the ministry of Jesus of Nazareth.
